A graduate of Oxford University, Tim Berners-Lee invented the World Wide Web, an internet-based hypermedia initiative for global information sharing.

1) Finiteness: - an algorithm terminates after a finite numbers of steps.

2) Definiteness: - each step in algorithm is unambiguous. This means that the action specified by the step cannot be interpreted (explain the meaning of) in multiple ways & can be performed without any confusion.

3) Input:- an algorithm accepts zero or more inputs

4) Output:- it produces at least one output.

5) Effectiveness:- it consists of basic instructions that are realizable. This means that the instructions can be performed by using the given inputs in a finite amount of time.

Explain how the World Wide Web is considered multimedia.

Multimedia Web information systems represent  new  information systems used to process, store, retrieve information in the  Internet using Web protocols.

What is the difference between time-based media and static-media? Give examples of each

Media like audio, video, music and choreography, are called time-based or dynamic media. They are called time-based because they have basic, time-related attributes like a duration or a starting time. Static media, like text or still graphics, lack this kind of attributes. These media could be defined as dynamic media which consist of just one sample frame

it depends of the music or video that you are playing 

When you save or download a video from the Internet, why do you think it takes longer to load than music? Do you think there is a difference in sound between downloaded music or the way music sounds on a CD?
because the majority of the videos are longer that music so this ones weight more and it takes more to download

it depends in the genre of the movie or the cartoon
